Conti’s Pastry Shop and Restaurant, Trinoma
Before this dinner with my family, we only buy what Conti’s, I think, is known for — their Mango Bravo! It was our first time to dine in at Conti’s and we were all delighted with the quality of the food they served — from the plating, ingredients and even combinations of side dishes with the main course. I have to mention the good service we got from their very accommodating food servers!
This is what we had for dinner:
1. Crispy Squidlets (Squid heads fried to a golden crisp served with sweet and sour sauce sprinkled with chili flakes)
2. Buffalo Wings (Chicken wings glazed with zesty tomato sauce served with blue cheese)
3. Healthy Tofu Salad (Herb - Cheese crusted tofu, pan fried in olive oil until golden and crisp. Served with fresh green salad drizzled with tangy tomato vinaigrette dressing)
4. Tofu Steak (Healthy chunks of tofu stir fried with shiitake mushrooms, seasoned and served with crab salad and Japanese fried rice.)
5. Seafood Au Gratin (Fillet of fish with assorted seafood sauce topped with melted cheese served over garlic rice)
